No. The plan is month-to-month — cancel anytime. Recovery of cloud-backed-up data is free, and the only recurring extras are optional storage and optional on-site callouts.
Yes — remote technical support is unlimited during business hours, with a 1-hour response time. There are no per-ticket charges and no call-out fees for remote assistance.
The plan covers the labour to diagnose the issue remotely. If a component needs replacing, we will quote you for the hardware and the replacement work before anything is ordered or done — no surprises.
Yes. On-site visits are optional at R370 per callout, which includes the first hour of labour. Anything beyond the first hour is quoted upfront.
